  • Providing Application Services for a certain portfolio of business applications within a specific domain.
  • Responsibilities include processing incidents and service requests, executing problem management for L2 and L3 tickets, and developing and implementing changes involving code modifications.
  • Maintaining IT system documentation and SLA

Požadujeme:

  • hands-on experience with Servers mgmt – Linux or Windows, Oracle or MSSQL
  • Scripting languages – Python or Powershell or Bash
  • Understanding of cloud and ITIL framework
  • Experience and technical skills with a hands-on approach are essential in this role
  • Fluency in English
